Born: Jan 27, 1960

Heather Parisi was born in California on 27 January 1960. She grew up dancing in the San Francisco ballet and the American Ballet Theatre in New York. In 1978, during a vacation in Italy, she was discovered by the italian coreographer Franco Miseria, who noticed her talent while dancing in a disco and brought her to the Rai Italian Television and made of her a star. Since 1979, year of her debut, she is one of the most popular TV stars in Italy. She danced, sang and hosted in many of the most successful variety shows on television (detailed list on her "other works" page). Her records (complete list on her "discography" page) often hit the top of the charts. Heather is also popular in Spain and Germany, where she performed in several TV shows. Occasionally actress in movies (see her filmography page), plays and musicals. She has two daughters, Rebecca Jewel, born in 1994 and Luna Jacqueline, born in 2000.
