Mainly a character actress due to her offbeat good looks, Lisa has worked in both feature films and television since making her feature film debut in 1991's Oliver Stone film The Doors. Other feature films include As Good As It Gets (1997), I'm Losing You (1998), Susan's Plan (1998), Keeping the Faith (2000), What Women Want (2000) and Daddy Day Care (2003). She has appeared as a series regular on a number of shows, including Almost Perfect (1995), Relativity (1996), In the Loop (1998), Felicity (2001-02) and Leap of Faith (2002. She has had a number of memorable guest starring roles, including 2 episodes of Seinfeld, an intriguing story arc on The West Wing, and playing transexual on Ally McBeal.
